1. Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to DarkCloud Internet Service Provider Private Limited ("DarkCloud", "we", "us", or "our") services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

• •DarkCloud provides internet connectivity services in Dadyal, Tehseel Dadyal, District Mirpur, Azad Jammu & Kashmir
• •Services include wireless and fiber optic broadband internet connections
• •Speeds mentioned are "up to" speeds and may vary based on network conditions
• •All packages include unlimited data usage with no monthly caps

3. User Obligations

• •Provide accurate personal information during registration
• •Pay monthly subscription fees on time before the due date
• •Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• •Not share or resell the connection without prior authorization
• •Take reasonable care of any equipment provided by DarkCloud

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to:

• •Scheduled maintenance (with prior notice when possible)
• •Force majeure events (weather, natural disasters, power outages)
• •Equipment failure or technical issues

5. Termination

• •Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice
• •We may suspend service for non-payment after 7 days past due date
• •We may terminate service for violation of these terms
• •Upon termination, any company-owned equipment must be returned
