Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to and using our internet services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

We provide broadband internet services in the following areas:

  • Dadyal and surrounding villages in Tehseel Dadyal, District Mirpur, Azad Jammu & Kashmir
  • Both wireless and fiber optic broadband connections
  • Speeds are advertised as "up to" and may vary based on network conditions, location, and time of day
  • All packages include unlimited data usage with no caps or throttling

3. User Obligations

  • Provide accurate registration information including valid CNIC
  • Pay subscription fees on time as per the agreed billing cycle
  • Not use the service for any illegal activities
  • Not share or resell the connection without authorization
  • Take reasonable care of any company-provided equipment

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 97-99.9% uptime (depending on your package tier). However, service interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
  • Severe weather conditions beyond our control
  • Equipment failure or power outages

5. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice
  • We may suspend service immediately for non-payment exceeding 7 days
  • We may terminate service for violation of acceptable use policy
  • Upon termination, all company equipment must be returned in good condition
