Official Communiqué

On the direction of the Competent Authority, all fixed-line data services across Azad Jammu & Kashmir have been instructed to remain closed for the period below. Darkcloud's core, fibre and wireless infrastructure stay fully operational and under active monitoring — no customer action is required, and service is restored automatically once permission is granted.
